Brenna Davis is a purpose-driven CEO, environmental scientist, and systems thinker who believes business should heal--not harm--the planet. She began her career with a question that wouldn’t let go: Why do companies make choices that hurt people and the Earth? That question led her across seven industries, from fossil fuels to food systems, on a journey to understand how change really happens. Along the way, she discovered that when business is rooted in purpose and governed with care, it can be one of the most powerful tools we have for creating a better future. Today, Brenna leads with a blend of strategy and soul. She’s helped shape national frameworks for ethical business, collaborated with leaders from the White House to local co-ops, and is known for showing up with clarity, compassion, and a bias toward action. She holds degrees in Environmental Science and Business, graduate certifications in systems thinking and governance, and is a certified Human Potential Coach. Her long-term studies in cross-cultural shamanism offer her a deeper lens into connection, interdependence, and the sacred responsibility of leadership. Whether she’s mentoring the next generation, writing about regenerative business, or walking barefoot in the forest with her rescue dogs, Brenna leads with one truth in mind: we belong to each other--and to the Earth.
